Soirées des aînées & grandparents / Seniors & grandparents evening

Last Saturday night, September 12th, we held the first of hopefully of many,intergenerational nights. Seniors and grandparents from the community were invited to come spend the evening at the maison des jeunes. It was a delight to see young and old having fun together, conversing, playing pool, ping pong and sharing a snack. To those of you that were unable to attend, watch for the next one to be held somewhere around Christmas time.


Samedi passé, le 12 septembre nous avons tenu notre première soirée intergénérationnelles. Aînés et grands-parents de la communauté, ont été invités à venir passer une soirée avec nous à la Maison des jeunes. Il était très intéressant de réunir jeunes et moins jeunes afin de converser, jouer au billard, ping pong ou encore partager une collation. Si vous n’aviez pas eu la chance de venir cet automne, garder l’œil ouvert car nous referons ce type d’évènement dans le temps des fêtes.
